1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Rekalens Visuals website and services, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Rekalens Visuals provides professional photography and videography services including, but not limited to, Commercial Photography, Event Photography, Portrait Sessions, Product Photography, Architectural Photography, Aerial Photography, Videography Services, and Post-Production Editing.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Quotation: All service requests begin with a detailed quotation based on your specific needs. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total estimated cost) is required to confirm a booking and secure services. No services will be confirmed without receipt of the deposit.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of services and prior to the release of final images or videos. For larger projects, milestone payments may be arranged.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.

4. Deliverables and Usage Rights

  • Delivery: Final deliverables (photos, videos) will be provided via a secure online gallery or digital transfer in an agreed-upon format and resolution within a specified timeframe (typically 2-4 weeks for photography, 4-8 weeks for videography, depending on project scope). Raw and unedited files are generally not provided.
  • Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media for their specified commercial or personal use, as agreed upon in the project contract. This includes marketing, advertising, website use, and personal display.
  • Rekalens Visuals Usage Rights: Rekalens Visuals retains the copyright to all intellectual property created. We reserve the right to use selected images/videos for self-promotion, portfolio display, artistic projects, and marketing purposes unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Third-Party Use: Any use of the media by third parties requires prior written consent from Rekalens Visuals.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rekalens Visuals or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rekalens Visuals will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Privacy
